We use a blend of calamus, triphala, guduchi, rose, neem, and manjistha. The gentle scrub is sealed with a customized rose water and witch hazel toner. A nourishing honey mask is also applied to deposit essential minerals and nutrients onto the skin. A facial and neck massage will be given during this amazing treatment by using kanza wands with jojoba and primrose oils to decrease inflammation and make you glow.

Western Massage Modalities

  • As the best-known type of bodywork, one of the primary goals of the Swedish massage technique is to relax the entire body. This is accomplished by rubbing the muscles with long, gliding strokes in the direction that blood flows to the heart. Swedish massage therapy goes beyond relaxation. It's especially beneficial for increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, improving circulation and flexibility, and easing tension.

    60 min | $135

    90 min | $175

  • Our Deep Tissue Massage is similar to the Swedish Massage. However, this technique focuses on the deepest layer of muscles to target knots and release chronic muscle tension. Deep Tissue Massage is used to break up scar tissue and adhesions that can disrupt circulation— thus easing pain and inflammation, and increasing your muscles’ range of motion.

Chinese Medicine

  • Acupuncture is an ancient technique (over 3,000 years old) that uses very fine needles placed at precise locations on the body to stimulate the body’s innate healing ability.

Acupuncture can be used to treat a wide variety of imbalances and help remedy the following and so much more— poor sleep, lower back pain, stress, anxiety, headaches, hormonal fluctuations, digestive issues, swelling from pain or injury, inflammation. This therapy also promotes detoxification and general relaxation.

Proper treatment is based upon Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnosis of patterns and areas of imbalance obtained via a thorough consultation. Acupuncture is a gentle treatment and at times the needles will not even be felt. The results are powerful, and help to shift towards better balance and health.

Multiple symptoms can be addressed simultaneously. This medicine is still used today due to its continued effectiveness and extremely low risk.

Each acupuncture session may include the use of several modalities depending on individual necessity— such as Cupping, Gua Sha, Moxa, and Tui Na-therapeutic massage.

Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture in ancient times was reserved for royalty. It works to increase blood circulation, loosen tight muscles, and increase collagen production. With a series of treatments, even dark spots from sun exposure and hormonal acne can be reduced by simultaneously using balancing points on the body.

Each facial treatment begins with a light, cleansing toner followed by acupuncture, and is finished by facial massage and facial cupping to further increase circulation. Patients find facial treatments relaxing— helping to calm the nervous system and ease allergies and sinus issues.

  • Cupping is a technique used to accelerate the healing of certain areas of the body. It draws toxins from deeper tissues to the surface where circulation is generally better. Through the use of glass suction cups, metabolic waste that is trapped deep in the muscle and surrounding tissues is drawn out— allowing fresh blood and resources to flow into those areas. This process increases circulation, eases muscle tension, and decreases inflammation— thereby reducing pain and promoting healing.

    30min | $55

  • Similar to cupping, Gua Sha is a technique to increase circulation and relieve pain. It works by softening adhesions and breaking-up stagnation by vigorously rubbing a jade stone over the surface of the body in mostly muscular and tendinous areas. Small adhesions formed from repetitive movements are broken up— allowing fresh blood and nutrients to flow into these tissues. This is an ideal therapy for chronic pain due to repetitive movement— such as tennis elbow, carpal tunnel, chronic shoulder pain, knee pain, plantar fasciitis, etc.
