DAILY GROUP YOGA CLASS
Our complimentary, morning, group yoga classes are open to all levels and offer a variety of modifications.
The first 30 minutes focus on breath-work and a beginner to intermediate warm-up. The second half focuses on an active intermediate to advanced vinyasa flow.
We always say if you are in need of a short soothing sequence, you are welcome to just do the first 30 min of class and then head to your own Savasana. If you wish for a more invigorating, active vinyasa flow, we invite you to stay for the whole hour to sweat it out with us!
We end class with either a meaningful song or singing-bowl melody during your resting pose.
We have a variety of instructors— sometimes even our founder, Sylvia De Marco, leads the morning practice! All classes are focused on self-love and hold a very safe space. We want our guests to feel peaceful and at ease on our yoga deck. We always emphasize how this class is for YOU. Meaning— we invite you to play on the mat and create any modifications needed.
Our instructors are also available to answer any questions after class. Please feel free to reach out to them.
Our classes are guided mainly in English, but the majority of our instructors are bilingual and happy to accommodate your needs.
If you have any injuries or are expecting, please let the teacher know before the class begins.
Since the hotel opened, our classes have become very popular. In response to our guests wishing to continue practicing with us, we created a Zoom account, and share our classes online for FREE. Whether you are future guest, or you have already enjoyed our practice in person, we invite you to join us at 8am AST daily. Link below.
