Front Desk Host

This is a full-time, on-site Host role based in Vieques. The Host will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring smooth and welcoming experiences. Daily tasks include answering emails and messages on all booking platforms, checking in & out guests, managing reservations, assisting with local recommendations, coordination with our housekeeping team and ensuring our rooms are at the standard of our guests.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with guests and address inquiries confidently.
Friendly demeanor, interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Previous hospitality or hosting experience is advantageous but not required.
Flexibility in scheduling, including availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Bilingual: Must be fully fluent in English & ideally also speaks Spanish fluently but not strictly required.
Bonus: You are also a yoga instructor!

Chef

This is a full-time, on-site Host role based in Vieques.

This is an opportunity for a chef who is passionate about fresh, seasonal ingredients, thoughtful preparation, and beautiful presentation, while also enjoying the creativity and intimacy of a boutique hospitality environment.

The Chef will be responsible for developing and preparing high-quality dishes that reflect the character of Finca Victoria, our surroundings, and our approach to hospitality. We are looking for someone who can bring their own ideas and culinary perspective while remaining attentive to consistency, quality, and the guest experience.

Qualifications

Ideally 2+ years of professional cooking experience, preferably in boutique hotels, resorts, restaurants, or private hospitality.
Culinary education or formal training is preferred but not required.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
Experience creating and executing seasonal and creative menus.
Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen hygiene.
Excellent organization and time-management skills.
Ability to manage food inventory, purchasing, portioning, and food costs.
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of the kitchen.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Professional, reliable, and positive attitude.
Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Join our Social Media Internship Program

We’re looking for creatives, curious, and highly motivated PR & Social Media Interns to help tell our story and showcase the unique experience of Finca Victoria to travelers around the world. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality, travel, content creation, storytelling, social media, and public relations. You’ll work closely with the our head Media Manager to develop content, grow our online presence, connect with influencers & creators, and help position Finca Victoria as a memorable destination.

Details of the Program:

Minimum of 2 months. Up to 12 months availability
Experience or studies in marketing
This is a non paid internship. Ideal for marketing students in need of exposure opportunities to grow their portfolio.
